ZANZIBAR
Zanzibar Island is part of Tanzania. It is a small archipelago made of 2 sister islands namely Ugunja and Pemba. Zanzibar Island is only 60 miles long and 20 miles wide but the fame outdoes its size. It has beautiful sandy beaches with frying coral reefs. The historic stone town is said to be the only functioning ancient town in East Africa.

The Swahili culture, which is very unique in Zanzibar, is a blend of Arabic, Persian and Indian among other cultures.
The culture and the Swahili language make this island more romantic, legendary and fascinating. You can arrive Zanzibar by flight or a ferryboat from Dar-es-salaam. There are several excursions available while in this island.

CITY TOUR 3HRS
Walk the narrow streets on stone town, as you tour the significant monument like house of wonder, old Arab fort, people palace Museum, old market, tip tip house, first English club, old store market, dhow labour, Zanzibar antique and spice shops. Spend the day visiting the conservation area. Visit also the former horse of singer Freddy Mercury in Shangani. It is now turned into a gallery with African Taalab Music in Cds, contemporary fiction from all over Africa, America and Europe, high quality artwork, sculpture and antiques, full range of cosmetics and natural ingredients in bottles, perfume, oils, spices, jewellery, good cotton T-shirts and swimwear.

SPICE TOUR 2/3HRS
Spend the day visiting the monumental historical sites such as Dr. Livingstone house, Maruhebi Palace, Mtoni Ruins ……and the journey continues north to Kidichi Persian baths.
The tour gives you a choice to visit the spice plantations, pick and smell and savor fruits and spices that you have probably never seen. Visit the rural area where local farmers live and produce some of the world's most exotic fruits and spices depending with the season. You will be tempted to buy a basket of freshly picked spices to take home with you.

JOZANI FOREST 6HRS
It is a half-day trip. The forest lies 25 miles East of Zanzibar and occupies an area of 10sq.km. The forest is unique due to its rare plants and animals species; the world's rare animals like the red Columbus monkeys are found here! The Swahili people know them as "Kima punju".

Bushy pigs, bush baby and small antelopes are found here too. There is a wide range of bird life and large number of butterflies. It is a good excursion for relaxation.

PRISON ISLAND 5HRS
Enjoy your day as you spend in the best beaches in town - Prison island and Grave Island. See the big tortoise, many bird species and butterflies, fishing, swimming and snorkeling. After a walk in the Island, drive yourself in the champagne like clear water. Relax with sun bathing bon fire on the beach. Enjoy the full moon at the sand bank and at sundown.

DOLPHIN TOUR FULL DAY/HALF DAY
The tour takes you to Kisimkozi fishing village. You will get a briefing of the species and behavior of the dolphins that are indigenous to the area before getting to the dolphin location. Enjoy as you swim and play with the dolphins, snorkeling and sun bathing at the white sands.

NORTH COAST TRIP: FULL DAY /HALF DAY.
A popular destination for young visitors, the atmosphere is always spiced up and the beach is splendid. It's a place of endless holiday mood. Nungwi is hectic and fun whilst Kendwa is little quiet.
Other excursions include sunset tours, East coast and local game fishing trips.
