10 DAYS / 9 NIGHTS GAME HIGHLIGHTS OF KENYA.

Day 1: Meet and greet at Jomo Kenyatta airport, by our airport representative. You will be transferred to the Holiday Inn, Nairobi for overnight on BB.

Day 2: After breakfast, you start the tour at 0700hrs. This helps you to drive slowly enjoying the sceneries of the former white highlands to arrive at the Sweetwaters in time for feeding the chimps. You will then get to Sweetwaters lodge (Serena) for lunch. The ranch is big and has lots of game with the big attraction of the rhinos and chimps. An option of a boat trip to see the chimps at 1600hrs available. Overnight at the Sweetwaters on FB.

Day 3: Leave the Sweetwaters in the morning after breakfast and drive further north to arrive Samburu Serena for lunch. The park is beautiful and you will have a chance to see the Grevy's zebra and Somali ostrich in the afternoon game drive. These animals are only found in this park. Overnight Samburu Serena/Samburu lodge on FB.

Day 4: This is a full day in this spectacular park. You will have a chance of 2 game drives and also visit the Ewaso Ngiro River to see the crocodiles with a break in between to relax by the pool or to visit the Samburu village and see distant cousins of the Maasai community. Accommodation at Serena/Samburu lodge on FB.

Day 5: Check out the lodge after breakfast, a short game drive enroute is obvious, drive past Nanyuki, the base of Mt. Kenya and arrive the Outspan for lunch, this is the base hotel for the Treetop. You will leave the driver and join the hotel shuttle to the Ark for an afternoon view of the game from the balcony (Note: children less than 5 years not allowed). Overnight at the Treetops lodge on FB.

Day 6: Return to the base hotel early morning to have your breakfast as you join your driver guide. After breakfast, drive via Thomson's falls and down to the floor of the Rift Valley to arrive Lake Nakuru National Park, Sarova Lion lodge hill for lunch.
This park is famous for thousands of pink flamingos and black and white rhinos plus other game; this lake is commonly known as the 'pink lake'. An evening game drive takes you to the baboon cliff and you can't miss the beautiful scenery of sundowner. Overnight Lion Hill on FB.

Day 7: Check out the lodge after breakfast, drive slowly up and down the western wall of the Rift Valley, get to the western side of the rift to arrive Maasai Mara game reserve in time for lunch at the Keekorok Lodge. Afternoon game drive is advised to see the animals quite easily. Overnight Keekorok on FB.

Day 8: This is a full day in the Maasai Mara with two game drives; early morning and late evening game drives. In between enjoy a visit to the Maasai village.
Just to mention, this park is the home of the 'big five'. It's your time to enjoy the wild, the sceneries, the weather and the people's hospitality. The people here, so rich in culture, will not only be part of you but part of your lifetime memory. All meals and overnight Keekorok lodge.

Day 9: This is another full day in the Maasai Mara. The park is so big and you have a chance to visit a different side of the park as you watch the game. Being the northern part of the Serengeti game reserve in Tanzania, those who visit in end of July, August and early September enjoy the annual wildebeest migration. All meals and overnight Keekorok lodge.

Day 10: After breakfast, check out the lodge and sadly drive out of the park with great memories of the beauty and moments you have had in Africa. Drive to Nairobi with a stop in the Rift Valley viewpoint for a scenic view as you take your last snapshots to take home. Enjoy a farewell dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant.

Carnivore restaurant is a world-renowned restaurant for succulent barbeque of game meat.
Only 2 restaurants are licensed to serve game meat in Kenya; The Carnivore and Safari Park Hotel. Enjoy the bites of a giraffe, ostrich, zebra, antelope, not forgetting he crocodile, a delicious white meat! Then transfer to the airport to catch your flight back home.
